fragilearteries@gmail.com BioSometimes I call you up in the middle of the night & when you get to the phone you're all grumpy, like "get the fuck speakin' so I can get my fucking sleep" but then you hear my voice and I like to think you lighten up a little, brighten up a little, because you've heard my voice so everything is right for you, sleep runs into awakeness and morning is night.
And I listen to your grunts (because you speak in nothing but grunts when it's three in the morning) that I have long learned to decipher (uumphhh means yes hush i agree and grrnmph means i love you but you talk too much so how about I fly over right now and silence you hm and zdrrhmph means you're snoring because we've been talking for 2 hours straight) and think: "I wish air tickets weren't so expensive" and "I wish I were smart enough to get into your university" and "You'd better not be with another girl" and "I hope these calls are disrupting your sleep and studies so you'll fail out of college right into my arms" and "I love you too much".
